iJigg is a service designed to help up and coming musicians and bands share their talent with the world. As such, the much of content posted to iJigg is done so by end-users who have ownership of the content. So that we may handle your case expeditiously, please include the following information in your DMCA complaint:
1. Name, address, and electronic signature of the complainant and/or copyright holder.
2. Sufficient information to locate the content in question - in most cases a URL from the iJigg website is required for us to locate specific content.
3. A statement by the copyright owner that there is no legal basis for the use of the content in question.
4. A statement attesting to the accuracy of the letter you write to us, including the fact, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is the copyright holder or is legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
Upon verification of any infringement, we will choose to remove or disable access to the content in question as necessary. We will also notify, in accordance with the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions, the end-user who originally posted to iJigg the content in question, and afford them an opportunity to provide a counter-notice. Accounts belonging to repeat offenders of copyright infringement will be summarily terminated from the iJigg website.
Counter-notice Procedure
If content that you posted to iJigg has been removed due to a DMCA complaint received by us, and you think that such removal was unfair, you may provide us with a counter-notice detailing your right to post the content to iJigg. Our address is as follows:
